Location so close to a lovely, and an out of the way Serbian restaurant that was authentic. Large and fantastic breakfasts with reasonably priced food. Excellentservice with free parking available next to the hotel...

The breakfast offered at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! There was a wide variety of delicious food to choose from, and I especially enjoyed the stunning view from the restaurant. the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and accommodating. They were always willing to help with any questions or concerns, making my stay a pleasant one.

One thing I didn't particularly like about this hotel was the unreliable Wi-Fi connection. It was quite frustrating as I rely heavily on internet access for both work and leisure.

We were received friendly and obliging. The access road and the hotel's own parking spaces are easy to reach and free of charge. The room was clean and well equipped. The breakfast was good and delicious.

The hotel restaurant was rather not arranged for evening visits. Otherwise there was nothing else to complain about.

We changed our travel plans 1 day after booking on the day of arrival - did not come to the city of the hotel - asked for a free cancellation, which unfortunately was refused. - unfortunately for the first time - too bad.

Comfortable stay for a night! The room was super spacious and cozy, totally soundproof. They had everything I needed - like a fridge, tea and coffee stuff, and even fancy glassware. 🌟

We had an amazing stay at this place! The location by the river in a calm street next to the garden was perfect for a peaceful getaway. The hotel staff at the reception made special arrangements for breakfast and the restaurant provided a lovely continental breakfast. The room amenities, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar, ensured our comfort throughout our stay. The free toiletries and electric kettle were a nice touch. We also appreciated the flat-screen TV and sitting area in the room, providing a cozy place to relax.

Recommended to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Although we had made this reservation about two months ago before our arrival, they gave us a room on the first floor, and it looks behind the Hotel, not the river. There was a very noisy neighbour, a dog and a few children were shouting, screaming etc. At night we heard a very bad noise, like a motor or fan. I called the reception, then he came to the room and heard that noise. He told me that it could be air condition on the basement and promised me to check it, but did nothing. We tried to sleep with earbuds all night. Also wifi was very poor. The signal strength was alternating so much. We definitely do not recommend that hotel.

I stayed at My Place Hotel during my trip through Serbia. The hotel was undergoing renovation, so I was moved to Hotel Ambasador. Located in a stunning historical area of Niš, right by the river, the hotel's location was perfect. The room was modern, cozy, and had a unique design. It was spotlessly clean, and the shower was amazing. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even to our furry friends. All of this, at a great price!

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.
